How To Activate Digi Roaming In Thailand, Singapore, China, Indonesia

How To Subscribe?

You can walk in to any Digi outlet, authorised dealer stores or call in to Digi's Customer Service Helpline at 016-2211800 and request for Roam Like Home Monthly activation.

Request to activate the Roaming service in order to use the service overseas.
Locate your nearest Digi Store here.

How to use?

Simply activate data roaming on your smartphone while you’re abroad and you’re ready to roam! (Do ensure you are on the correct network) Do ensure your International Roaming Service is enabled.

How to check balance

Option 1:
1. Dial *800#
2. Select 1 for “Check Internet Quota”,
select 2 for “Check Voice Minutes”

Option 2:
1. Log into MyDigi App
2. On Usage page, select “View Details”
3. Select “Internet” for internet roaming quota balance
4. Select “Voice” for voice minutes balance

Option 3 For IDD voice minutes:
1. Dial *128*3*2#
2. Select 1 for "Check Voice Minutes"
